Using ChatBoost

By downloading, accessing, or using ChatBoost, you agree to use the app in a lawful and responsible way.

ChatBoost is currently offered as a client application. It helps you connect to AI and search services you choose, rather than replacing those services with a separate ChatBoost-hosted account.

Your provider accounts and API keys

You are responsible for the provider accounts, API keys, billing arrangements, and service settings you choose to connect.

Any usage fees generated by your provider keys are charged by the corresponding third-party provider, not by a separate ChatBoost subscription at this time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use ChatBoost for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the app, reverse engineer protected services unlawfully, or misuse provider integrations in ways that violate their rules.
• Do not use the product in a way that could harm other users, providers, or the stability of the service ecosystem around it.

Third-party services

Many ChatBoost features depend on external providers such as AI model vendors, search services, or platform services. Those services may change, become unavailable, or apply their own limits, terms, and moderation rules.

Muggle Studio is not responsible for the independent behavior, pricing, outages, or policy changes of the third-party services you choose to use.

Availability and product changes

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Some features may vary by platform, region, provider compatibility, or app release.

We may also change these terms when the product or legal environment changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised version.

No separate subscription commitment

As of the date shown on this page, ChatBoost does not publish a separate in-app subscription plan on this website. If that changes in the future, the related terms will be updated accordingly.

Disclaimers and limits

ChatBoost is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or compatibility with every provider or device setup.

To the extent permitted by law, Muggle Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any third-party service used through it.
